Chef Louie Night

Chef Louie Night is an interactive dining experience hosted by Boston-based Chef Louis DiBiccari. Guests vote on themes and ingredients that are not revealed to Chef Louie and his crew until the morning of each event. It’s up to the team to scurry about like deranged zoo animals and create a multi course meal in the span of just a few hours. It’s all very Iron Chef meets underground supper club, and the next one is right around the corner.

Be Afraid...Be Very Afraid Recap

On Sunday, October 14th, the Chef Louie Night Team took on some seriously challenging ingredients. Guests voted for Oktoberfest, an entree fit for a werewolf, Halloween candy, pig skin, and Canadian thanksgiving leftovers. The chefs scrambled around Boston and in the kitchen like lunatics and put together a truly unique menu for 50 guests. Check out the video below to see what planning that menu looked like (filled with pearls of culinary wisdom like "Werewolves are cheaper than Foie Gras"):
