Be Afraid...Be Very Afraid Recap

On Sunday, October 14th, the Chef Louie Night Team took on some seriously challenging ingredients. Guests voted for Oktoberfest, an entree fit for a werewolf, Halloween candy, pig skin, and Canadian thanksgiving leftovers. The chefs scrambled around Boston and in the kitchen like lunatics and put together a truly unique menu for 50 guests. Check out the video below to see what planning that menu looked like (filled with pearls of culinary wisdom like "Werewolves are cheaper than Foie Gras"):
